The lights are on, the wheel goes round,
The kittens march in line —
Here's to a birthday full of fun,
And a year that's simply fine.
A birthday carnival comes alive: a parade of kittens in party hats, tuxedos, ruffled dresses and a top hat marches past a merry-go-round and a Ferris wheel under a rainbow banner that reads "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!". Bunting flutters, lights twinkle, confetti drifts across the cobblestones, and wooden signs point the way to "Games", "Treats", "Rides" and "Happiness". Another sign says it all: "Cats Make a Brighter World".
